Learn how to move with the music, not just on top of it.
This class focuses on rhythm, groove, and timing — the skills that make dance feel natural and confident. You’ll work through simple patterns and drills that help things click in your body, even if you’ve never danced before.
Many dancers start here after Open House.
This class focuses on the building blocks of Hip Hop freestyle — bounce, rock, and roll — and how they live in the music and in your body. We explore how Hip Hop movement evolves, so you’re learning with intention, not imitation.
Not recommended for brand new dancers. This class is for movers with strong coordination who want Hip Hop to feel honest and grounded.
This open level House class is for dancers with an existing movement foundation. We focus on House vocabulary, rhythm, release, and flow—training how the dance lives in the music and moves through your body. Instruction is adapted in real time. Newer-to-House dancers receive more structure and guidance, while more experienced dancers are expected to focus on personal practice and refinement.
Not recommended for brand-new dancers. You should be comfortable with grooving, musicality, and faster-paced learning.
Deepen your freestyle with clarity and intention.
This class is for dancers who already freestyle comfortably and want to refine how they move. You’ll explore your existing habits and choices, testing new pathways through rhythm, texture, and direction with focused coaching and space to experiment.
This is where dancers start owning their voice and moving with confidence and clarity.
Build strength that supports how you move.
This class helps you understand how strength training works and how it should feel in your body. You’ll learn to approach workouts with clarity and confidence, not guesswork.
For many dancers, this is where training starts to translate — more groundedness, more control, and a clearer connection between strength and movement.
Spots are limited. Once a class fills, it closes.
A few things to know when attending Open House.
No recording during instruction unless instructors say otherwise.
We may occasionally capture photos or short videos. If you prefer not to be filmed, email us in advance.
Friends and family may not observe or record class. Parents/guardians of minors may wait in the lobby.
For every Open House class you attend, you earn a $20 credit toward your Winter Quarter tuition.
If you take four Open House classes, you’ll have $80 in credit applied when you enroll in a course.
Open House lets you try a real class, meet us, and see how it feels before you commit to 8 weeks.
Every session is taught by two veteran instructors, so you get eyes on you, clear corrections, and support — even if you’re nervous or feel “behind.”
Open House is there if you want to try a style first, confirm your level, or just see how we teach.
We strongly recommend signing up in advance to secure your place.
All participants must also complete required waivers and follow the shoe policy before joining class.
Many dancers use Open House to confirm whether a Foundations or Lab course is the right fit. You’ll get a feel for the class, plus guidance from instructors if you’re unsure where you belong.
In one session, you’ll get a feel for our emphasis on groove, rhythm, and clarity, plus direct feedback from two experienced instructors.
You walk out knowing which course will actually serve your growth — not just guessing based on a level label.
Email us and we’ll help make the change on our end, subject to availability.
