Hey there!
Our intensive is designed for intermediate to advanced level dancers.
Are you a beginner and wish there was something a little more at your level?
I was looking for a non-choreography based class... with a community of dancers—especially ones who wanted to dig into their training—that I could know deeper.
I wanted the “stress” of training my body (and my ear) without the “stress” of learning choreography and performing it in an hour.

Join the Rhythm & Grooves Intensive
Four days of in-depth & intentional dance training without the pressure of memorizing choreography or performing for a camera.
Rhythm & Grooves is a foundational dance intensive for intermediate to advanced dancers that want to learn how to move like a natural, develop their authentic groove, and unlock new layers to their dance.
Ditch the random steps and drills, and build lasting skills that you can take with you into any style.
Important: We recommend this seminar for dancers with at least 1-2 years of consistent dance training. There will be minimal hand holding.
This intensive is not recommended for beginners or those completely new to dance.
Less steps, more dance.
Develop your natural and unique way of moving to music.
Simply put: No music, no dance. Train your ear and deepen your relationship with the music.
Each lesson builds on the last. You'll learn new skills that build on each other, not jump around.
Add depth to the steps and moves you already know.
Skip the years of guessing and frustration with expert guidance from our experienced instructors.
Find a supportive community of dancers who share your passion for learning.

Together, they prioritize dance as a tool for personal growth and success. They believe dance fosters empathy, critical thinking and resilience. They are dedicated advocates for the cultures that birthed these dance forms, promoting understanding and fostering a deeper appreciation for the dance form and its creators.

Just wanna say thank you for focusing on things like [rhythm and grooves]. The tools you gave me is like teaching the student how to fish versus just giving it to us.
