If you’re new to dance—or you’ve tried before and left feeling frustrated—this is your space. Groove Foundations is for folks who want to actually move with rhythm, without the pressure to be perfect or “pick it up fast.”
We cover the real basics: how to bounce, rock, listen to music, and stay present in your body. We talk about the unspoken stuff—like how to feel comfortable walking into class and how to enjoy dancing without overthinking.
It’s slow, supportive, and leaves room to mess up, ask questions, and play. We meet you where you are, and help you build confidence from the inside out.
Recommended For: New dancers or those returning after time off
You’ll Get: Hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and a safe space to grow
Coaches: Migs and Niecey 🧑🏻🦲👩🏻

For dancers who have the basics and want more flow, musicality, and self-trust. Groove Lab is your workspace to sharpen groove mechanics and explore across styles.
We train the bounce and rock, but also how to layer and transition between grooves so your dancing feels connected and natural. You’ll work through drills, musical exercises, and freestyle rounds that let you try things in real time and get direct feedback.
We pull from Hip Hop, Funk, House, R&B, and more—because groove shows up everywhere. When you stop thinking so hard and start feeling it, it clicks.
Recommended For: Dancers fluent in the basics and ready for more flow, or anyone stuck in their head
You’ll Get: Groove layering, musical training, and space to explore your style
Coaches: Migs and Niecey 🧑🏻🦲👩🏻
📅 Tuesdays, Sep 9 - Oct 28 (8 weeks)

This class goes deep—not just into Hip Hop technique, but the why behind them.
We focus on how to move with rhythm and power—your timing, bounce, and flow—without losing your own style. You’ll learn technique, but always in the context of dancing—how to use it naturally, not just practice it in isolation.
We work on moving through different levels, connecting one move to the next, and matching your movement to the music. You’ll be challenged—but always in a way that builds individuality and authenticity.
Recommended For: Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop Dancers
You’ll Get: Tools to grow your freestyle, push your artistry, and connect back to your why
Coaches: Migs and Niecey 🧑🏻🦲👩🏻

We take what you know and help you shape it into your dance. This is where the energy of the club meets the focus of the classroom. We train your body and your intention—working on footwork patterns, spins, and transitions—but it’s never just about speed or precision.
We explore the feeling and freedom you’d find on the dance floor, and how to bring that into your movement here. It’s about clarity, energy, and range—so your dance doesn’t just look like House, it feels alive.
Expect to sweat, be challenged, and leave with a deeper connection to your body, your groove, and your voice.
Recommended For: Intermediate to Advanced House dancers
You’ll Get: Personal coaching, refined technique, and tools to own your voice in House
Coaches: Migs and Niecey 🧑🏻🦲👩🏻
